feth Rushing Water. The title would suggest the biblical flood while the album cover depicts an image of Christ crucified. Might the 40 days also refer to Jesus' temptation by the devil in the wilderness immediately after his baptism? Or perhaps the blood and water that flowed from Christ's spear wound? Ever flowing waters of cleansing and renewal--a new creation--ultimately pointing back to the mythical waters of cosmic creation.
